consider the suggestion that they
should recruit through the
Universities Bureau for any
future vacancies on the staff which
it may be required to fill from
this country Should it be decided
to adont thi a method of selection,
it is suggested that all correanondence
on the subject should take place
direct between the University Council
and the Secretary of the Bureau, who se

prepared to undertake the actual
offer of appointment to selected
candidates, and to arrange for
their medical examination and for
their passage to Hong Kong.
